What is StayCopilot?

StayCopilot is a full-stack hotel-AI platform built for The President, Mumbai (IHCL / Taj Hotels). Guests converse naturally — by voice or text — to order room service, book spa treatments, arrange transport, and get local recommendations. Staff receive real-time fulfilment queues on a dedicated dashboard. The entire orchestration layer runs on Google Gemini 1.5 Flash for low-latency, multilingual responses, with Cohere embeddings powering the RAG knowledge-base.
